The Rebuild Method is built upon five foundational pillars of excellence, inspired by the five Olympic rings. These are not just principles for athletic development, but a way of living every day with purpose, passion, and alignment.
five pillars of excellence
the rebuild method
1. Alignment Through Feeling Good
You should feel good—in your training, in your body, in your life. When something feels off, it’s a sign you may be out of alignment. Staying aligned means fewer injuries and better results. If you ever feel something isn’t right, physically or mentally, we will meet and recalibrate together. We have the energy that creates worlds behind us, we can’t lose.
2. Perseverance & Grit
We don’t get outworked. Show up to every race with the intention to give everything you have. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to know, in your heart, that you gave it your all. Effort is the one thing you can always control.
3. Freedom, Empowerment & Autonomy
The marathon distance is iconic. It was born out of The Battle of Marathon, where Pheidippides ran from Marathon to Athens to announce the Greek victory—a victory for freedom and independence. This is what the marathon stands for: the fight for sovereignty, the triumph of the human spirit.
In The Rebuild Method, freedom is everything. It is the highest vibration of energy—and with it comes empowerment. You must feel free in your training, in your choices, and in your pursuit of greatness. The running plans and strength programs are always adaptable to fit your individual needs. Your voice matters. We are not bound to rigid structures; we are here to create the path that allows you to flourish.
We only get so many days on this beautiful planet. If you aren’t having fun or feeling alive, you’re wasting the privilege of your potential. What a gift it is to chase dreams with full autonomy—to push ourselves to the highest version of who we are.
4. Laser Focus
Energy leaks hold us back. When we train, we train. When we recover, we recover. Stay present. Stay sharp. When you step into a session, commit to it fully. The more focused we are, the faster we grow. We must always stay locked in.
5. Desired Detachment
